Why figures are private
Deals are matched to clients, not broadcast.
Sourcing prices, vendor circumstances and full appraisals are commercially sensitive. Publishing them openly would not be fair to the vendors we deal with or the clients we source for.
Registered clients see the full appraisal on deals assigned to them.
What clients receive
- Asking price, our appraisal of value and any sourcing fee
- Refurbishment estimate with contingency, where works apply
- Rental estimate with the local evidence behind it
- Estimated gross and net yield, and GDV where relevant
- Stamp duty, legal and other purchase cost estimates
- Investment summary, why we like it and the risks we can see
- Photographs, floor plans and supporting documents
