Meet Chris, Managing Director
Westwood is led by Chris. He takes every brief, appraises every opportunity and speaks to every client personally. When you work with Westwood, you are not handed to an account manager — you deal with the person doing the work.
Chris set the business up around a straightforward idea: an investor buying in Greater Manchester is better served by somebody who genuinely knows these streets than by a national operation sending the same list to everybody. That means fewer clients, better briefs, and opportunities that are actually appropriate.
What we do
We source investment property for private investors. We agree your criteria in writing, search on and off market, appraise what we find against local evidence, and present the opportunities that stand up — with the numbers, the reasoning and the risks set out clearly.
We are not an estate agent, we are not a financial adviser, and we do not sell investment products. We source property to a brief, and we support the purchase through to completion.

We will spend time understanding your position before we start searching. If your criteria do not work in the current market, we will tell you and explain what would.
Appraisals you can check
We show our assumptions. Every rent, value, cost and yield is presented as an estimate with the reasoning behind it, so you can verify it independently.
No pressure
Turning a deal down is a normal part of the process. We would rather you passed on three opportunities and bought the right fourth one.
