I am Chris, Managing Director of Westwood Property Sourcing. I set the business up to do one thing properly: source investment property in Greater Manchester and the surrounding areas for investors who want considered opportunities rather than volume.
Every brief we take on is one I have discussed personally, and every opportunity we present is one I have appraised myself. If I do not think a deal works for you, I will say so — and explain what I would look for instead.

We put your brief in writing: locations, price range, strategy, property type, minimum yield and anything you want to avoid. This is what we source against.

We search the market
On market and off market. Agents, direct approaches and local relationships across Greater Manchester and surrounding areas.

We assess suitable opportunities
Street-level comparable evidence, achievable rent, condition, tenure and the full cost of purchase. Anything that does not stand up does not get sent to you.

You receive the deal
A clear appraisal with the numbers, the reasoning, the risks and the local context. All figures presented as estimates for your own verification.
